To inspire critical and creative thinking through art practice, education and research; to mentor graduate and undergraduate students, teach studio and lecture courses, pursue grant funding opportunities, engage communities throughout Alaska, and facilitate new synergies between sciences, humanities, and visual art as a fulltime Art professor at the University of Alaska Fairbanks
